Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Nava account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
1. From inside the Nava app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the mobile app:
- Open the Nava app on your device.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and associated personal data will be removed from our active databases.
2. By email
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to admin@getnava.com from the email address registered with your Nava account.
Please include in your email:
- The phone number linked to your Nava account
- Your full name as registered in the app
- A brief statement that you are requesting account and data deletion
We will verify your identity, process your request, and confirm completion by email. We may retain limited information where required to prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, contact preferences)
- Saved birth details and profiles used to generate astrology insights
- Usage history and saved predictions associated with your account
What may be retained
- Transaction and billing records required by applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations
- Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
- Records needed to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce our legal terms
